* Nogada SA will monitor Access and Egress
* Patrolling the premises and identifying suspicious activity
* Register all arriving persons into arrival register, and liaise with relevant party and announce the arrival of respective visitor
* Issue visitors ID tag to visitor and direct them to the relevant department, building and floor
* Sign in all deliveries and couriers and notify relevant offices in the arrival and delivery
* Inspections are to be conducted of all the common areas and irregularities reported to complex ;management and Nogada SA control room
* Manage basement parking and the staff parking areas
* Take daily water and electrical meter readings
* Ensure that the perimeter fencing, electrical fencing and irrigation systems are intact and fully operational
* Ensure that all safety equipment is in good condition and accessible in the event of a crisis
* Ensure that parcels and documentation is dispatched to the correct courier company and record the collection in the relevant register
* Building a relationship with law enforcement officials such as station commanders, CPF
* A bio-metric system will be placed on site whereby the security officer will clock on and off duty
* The supervisor visits all the tenants on an hourly basis and signs in the book provided to ensure that there are no issues
* The security guards will be issued a uniform
     - As policy prescribed
     - To appear neat and tidy at all times
     - Issued with name tags which must be worn at all times
* Report all maintenance issues to our Control Room
* A monthly maintenance report will be submitted to the client
* Equipment is placed on site:
     - Baton
     - Handcuffs
     - Panic button
     - linked to armed reaction
     - Pepper spray
     - OB Book, Access Book, Fire Arm Registry, Access and Egress
     - Two way Radios
     - Base Station
* The sites are linked to our 24 hour Control Room whereby:
     - The control room contacts the sites on an hourly basis
* If an incident occurs, Nogada SA will;
     - Contact the relative authorities immediately
     - Contact Nogada SA management/Nogada SA's Control Room, who will in turn contact the manager immediately.
     - The Operations manager will report immediately to site to conduct a full investigation
     - The incident report will be submitted to the client within 24 hours of the incident occurring
* A monthly/yearly statistics report is submitted to the manager
     - Nogada SA monitor the reports and studies the trends of the building site whereby changing the operations accordingly
* Training will be provided on site for all security staff
* All security officers are vetted by Psira
* The area managers visit the site on a daily basis
*All daily activities and incidents are documented and a weekly meeting is held to discuss any issues pertaining to the site
* The Operations Manager meets the client on a weekly basis to ensure that the client is satisfied with our service
* A site file is placed on site with the following:
     - Attitude, Timekeeping, Cleanliness
     - Equipment
     - Site Procedures
     - Reports
