* Patrolling the premises and identifying suspicious activity
* Monitoring CCTV
* Secure access gates in the evenings internal and external
* Manage and coordinate all deliveries to the premises
* Obtain arrivals register from reception and announce all ;arriving guest to the reception manager
* Control and manage all the keys and key boxes for all keys for the premises, and issuing recoded in relevant key registers
* Ensure that valid gate passes are submitted for any equipment, stock or property that is to be removed from the premises and verify the authenticity of the gate-pass
* Control and manage he issuing of access key cards to housekeeping staff
* Coordinate and direct all maintenance issues to the maintenance staff onsite
* Assist in the securing and opening of store rooms and second check on stock being issued to relevant Heads of Departments
* Report and monitor all cutlery and equipment that has been left out after room service has taken place and report to the restaurant to arrange for collection
* Take charge and diffuse any aggressive behaviour and altercation between patrons, guests or staff
* Secure and supervise assets vehicles and property belonging to visitor's guest and the complex
* Daily inspection of fixtures such as electrical fencing, perimeter fencing
* Daily inspections on possible maintenance issues that could exit onsite such as plumbing, electrical, lighting
* Monitor and report any health, safety or security issues to management of the complex and Nogada SA
* Control access and egress
* Delivery vehicles
* Staff
* Contractors
* Search staff entering and leaving the premises
     - Kitchen searchers
     - Locker searchers
     - Laundry searches
     - Vehicle searches of staff egressing
* Assist guest and hotel staff
* Meet and Greet Guest at reception
* Secure safe storage of luggage
* Escort guest to their rooms/chalet
* Building a relationship with law enforcement officials such as station commanders, CPF
* A bio-metric system will be placed on site whereby the security officer will clock on and off duty
* The sites are linked to our 24 hour Control Room whereby;
     - The control room contacts the sites on an hourly basis
     - The armed reaction is linked to our Control Room whereby the Control Room contacts the relative authorities in case of an emergency
* If an incident occurs, Nogada SA will;
     - Contact the relative authorities immediately
     - Contact Nogada SA management/Nogada SA's Control Room, who will in turn contact the manager immediately
     - The Operations manager will report immediately to site to conduct a full investigation
     - The incident report will be submitted to the client within 24 hours of the incident occurring
* A monthly/yearly statistics report is submitted to the manager
     - Nogada SA monitor the reports and studies the trends of the site whereby changing the operations accordingly
*Nogada SA shall ensure all security staff is fully trained
* Equipment is placed on site:
     - Baton
     - Handcuffs
     - Panic button
     - linked to armed reaction
     - Pepper spray
     - OB Book, Access Book, Fire Arm Registry, Access and Egress
     - Two way Radios
     - Base Station
* All security officers are vetted by Psira
* The area managers visit the site on a daily basis
* All daily activities and incidents are documented and a weekly meeting is held to discuss any issues pertaining to the site
* The Operations Manager meets the client on a weekly basis to ensure that the client is satisfied with our service
