* The security officers are placed strategically at the shopping centres
* Shopping centres security are linked to parking management services
* Patrolling the premises and identifying suspicious activity
* Control and manage access to restricted areas such as LPG gas
installation receiving areas and cash in transit collection bays
* Manage and supervise service passages, escalators, lifts and strategic access points of the centre
* The securing of access gates and pedestrian gates when the centre is
locked down
* The site supervisors will conduct maintenance inspections on both
the day and the night shift in regards to lighting, plumbing, fire
equipment and electrical installations on a daily basis and report directly
to the centre manager and Nogada SA's Control Room of any irregularities
* All contractors will be signed in with security before being allowed to
render services at the premises
* All security officers will have carnal knowledge of electrical distribution
boards, water supply valves and fire sprinkler systems
* Assist tenants with any security related concern and report to the
Nogada SA's Control Room the details regarding the information obtained
* Manage and eradicate unwanted element such as loiterers, beggars
and vagrants
* Building a relationship with law enforcement officials such as station
commanders, CPF
* The supervisor will visit the tenants on an hourly basis and sign in the
book provided to ensure that all is in order
* A bio-metric system will be placed on site whereby the security officer
will clock on and off duty
* The sites are linked to our 24 hour control room whereby;
- The control room contacts the sites on an hourly basis
- The armed reaction is linked to our control room whereby;
* The control room contacts the relative authorities in case of an emergency
* If An incident occurs, Nogada SA will;
- Contact the relative authorities immediately
- Contact Nogada SA management/Nogada SA's Control Room, who
will in turn contact the centre management immediately
- The Operations manager will report immediately to site to conduct
a full investigation
- The incident report will be submitted to the client within 24 hours
of the incident occurring
* A monthly/yearly statistics report is submitted to the centre manager
- Nogada SA monitor the reports and studies the trends of the shopping
centre whereby changing the operations accordingly
* Festive plans are submitted before the festive season
* Training will be provided on site for all security staff
- Evacuation protocols
- External perimeter patrols

- Explosions
- Floods
- Power failures
- Gas/Chemical leaks
- Emergency protocols
- Health and Safety
* The security guards will be issued a uniform:
- As policy prescribed
- To appear neat and tidy at all times
- Issued with name tags which must be worn at all times
* Report all maintenance issues to our control room
* A monthly maintenance report will be submitted to the client
* Equipment is placed on site:
- Baton
- Handcuffs
- Panic button linked to armed reaction
- Pepper spray
- OB Book, Access Book, Fire Arm Registry, Access and Egress
- Two way Radios
- Base Station
* All security officers are vetted by Psira
* The area managers visit the site on a daily basis
* All daily activities and incidents are documented and a
weekly meeting is held to discuss any issues pertaining to the site
* The Operations Manager meets the client on a weekly basis to ensure that the client is satisfied with our service
* A site file is placed on site with the following:
- Attitude, Timekeeping, Cleanliness
- Equipment
- Site Procedures
- Reports
