* Nogada SA will monitor access and egress of patients, staff and visitors
* The security guards search staff vehicles leaving the premises
* The security guards search all hospital staff leaving the premises
* Patrolling the hospital premises and identifying suspicious activity
* Ensuring that the alarm systems and close circuit cameras are functioning properly
* Security site supervisors coordinate and supervise the delivery
and collections of the medical waste
* All deliveries are coordinated and managed
* Security officers recording of delivery personnel's details and
visitor's ID tags are issued
* Manage the helipad when medical evacuation has taken place at a
crisis situation
* Manage the reception area and assist arriving patients and visitors
* Manage and control the access and egress to the paediatric wards in
the hospital
* Security staff man and manage the maternity wards access and
egress of visitors, patients and the discharge of infants
* Lend support and assist hospital staff in the wards in the event that
a patient is aggressive and uncontrollable
* Building a relationship with law enforcement officials such as station
commanders, CPF
* Interact with hospital staff of all departments with special emphasis
on infant care units, ward for mentally ill patients and trauma care
* In case of fire or bomb threats, taking charge of evacuating the
hospital
* Supervisor conducts ward rounds during the day/night shift:
- The supervisor will speak to the ward manager to ensure that
everything is in order
- If there is a problem the supervisor will report the problem to the QSSS.
* The security guards will be issued a uniform
- As policy prescribed
- To appear neat and tidy at all times
- Issued with name tags which must be worn at all times
* A bio-metric system will be placed at the hospital whereby the
security officer will clock on and off duty
* Training will be provided on site for all security officers
* Training will be provided on site for all hospital staff

* All security officers are vetted by Psira
* All security officers receive certificates for training

* The sites are linked to our 24 hour control room whereby;
- The Control Room contacts the sites on an hourly basis
* If An incident occurs, Nogada SA will;
- Contact the relative authorities immediately
- Contact Nogada SA management / Nogada SA Control Room, who will in turn contact the hospital manager immediately
- The Operations manager will report immediately to site
to conduct a full investigation
- The incident report will be submitted to the client within
24 hours of the incident occurring
* A monthly/yearly statistics report is submitted to the hospital manager
- Nogada SA monitor the reports and studies the trends of the hospital whereby changing the operations accordingly
* The area managers visit the site on a daily basis
* All daily activities and incidents are documented and a weekly meeting is held to discuss any issues pertaining to the site
* The Operations Manager meets the client on a weekly basis to ensure that the client is satisfied with our service
